Academic year/session: January to December. Academic Session is divided into two semesters. First Semester- January to June andFinal Semester- July to December.
Admission open: Admission is open from Playgroup to Class- VIII. 3+ years students may be admitted in playgroup in the beginning of the new session.
Application Forms: Distribution starts from the beginning of October. Application form must be filled up by the Parents/Guardian and submitted to office in advance to appear in the Admission Test.
Admission Test: Students have to sit for an admission test to evaluate his/her standard. All students except Play Group are evaluated by the authorized teacher through oral and Written Test. Playgroup students are required to meet with the respective teacher to see his/her readiness for schooling. After evaluation, selected student’s parents will be given an Admission Form for admission of his/her child.
Enrollment: Admission Form must be filled up by the Parents/Guardian and is to be submitted to the office with the necessary payments to complete his/her child’s admission in SunMoon English School. Admission will be finalized after all payments are completed.
Documents Needed: One passport size photograph for application, two passport size photographs for admission, previous result card, Transfer Certificate, Birth Certificate and parents’ photographs (1+1 stamp size).
Re-Admission: After publishing the Final Exam results, students have to pay session fees & relevant charges to Accounts Office for Re-admission in the next academic year. Re-admission starts from the result day. Last date is just before the day of starting New Session.
